Such was the impact of Liz (Liz-beth as I call you!!), that very very often, I quote stuff that she said to me and am always telling my bosses, that Liz was the best boss, so clever and tactical. She was also such a very good friend.
Sometimes when I am talking to people, the phrase, which I have slightly cleaned up, so as not to offend 'dont urinate on my feet then tell me it is raining'! springs to my mind - a lot actually!!! Her influence on me and I am sure many is great and positive! No boss can live up to the image I have of Liz. I know her family are extremely proud of her and rightly so.
Not many people have a heavy influence on my life - Liz is one of the very few.
Thanks Liz for instilling things that actually stayed in my head and make sense!
