Liz was and is still an inspiration to me, she was always very calm and nothing phased her - not outwardly anyway - and she was very sympathetic and always great with advise, she was the best boss I have ever had, as she had the perfect balance of being boss, but not bossy, a friend and confidante and enjoyed a good laugh - laugh till she coughed!!! She had such a great personality and mannerism, definitely something to aspire to being!! I think she had everything balanced just perfect! Jacky Rimmer
